Easy Chicken Stir Fry - Low Fat

This is very easy to make. It is about 8-9 WW Points, with rice included. Easy reheatable meals as well.
Ingredients:
20 oz chicken breasts, cut into long peices
2 onions, chopped
4 cups broccoli, chopped
1/3 cup soy sauce, reduced sodium
1/3 cup (rice) vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp black pepper, cracked
6 cups rice, cooked
Directions:
1. In a frying pan or wok, spray it with Pam. Add the chicken and cook it until done. After the chicken cools dice it up.
2. In the same frying pan (or wok) respray with pam and add the veggies, soy sauce, garlic salt and pepper. Also, season to taste now as well. Cook the veggies for a few minutes and then add the chicken back in.
3. Cook for a little bit and then add 1/6th of the stir fry (2 cups) to 1 cup of cooked rice.
