Ingredients:

  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 tbsp curry leaves
  • 3 tsp corriander pwd
  • 2 tsp red chilli pwd
  • 1 tsp meat curry pwd
  • 1 tsp tumeric pwd
  • 900 g chicken pieces

Directions:

  1. Fry all the spices .
  2. Add the onions , paste and the pwd .
  3. Brown them abit and add the tomatoes .
  4. Mix well and add the chicken and salt .
  5. Add enough water to cover the chicken .
  6. Once starts to boil , simmer 15 mins .
