1 container soft herb cheese (recommended: boursin)
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato spread or tapenade
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 package flat bread crackers
Directions:
1. Open cheese place in the middle of serving plate, top with sun-dried tomato spread and the chopped parsley. Surround with flat bread crackers.
