This recipe was featured from an email that I received from Gooseberry Patch today. It is from their Autumn in the Country cookbook. Ingredients:
1 cup onion, chopped |
2 tablespoons margarine |
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
1 (15 ounce) can chili without beans |
1 (8 ounce) package cheddar cheese, shredded |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Sauté onion in margarine over medium heat until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except chips; cook over low heat until bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips. |
