Easy Cheese Cake

My family uses this recipe as a quick and easy way to make yummy cheesecake! Choose your favourite pie filling for the flavour.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sugar, used in two 1/2 cups
1/2 cup margarine
500 ml whipping cream
1 (226 g) package cream cheese, softened
1 (540 ml) can pie filling, any fruit filling
Directions:
1. Take out package of cream cheese to allow it to soften.
2. Make crust: mix graham crumbs, 1/2 cup of sugar and margerine.
3. Pour crust mixture to 8 x 11 baking ban and press flat (ensure crust gets into all the corners).
4. Whip cream.
5. Combine whipped cream, package of softened cream cheese and second 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl.
6. Layer this mixture over the crust.
7. Add your choice of pie filling to the top.
8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
