Easy Caesar Salad Dressing

Odd color for a salad dressing, but it is very tasty and probably relatively low in calories. Fast and easy. Got it from a macro friend.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup oil (i prefer olive oil)
1-2 clove garlic, minced
1-2 tb. shoyu (aged, high quality soy sauce)
1 tb. mustard (i use pommery)
3 tb. stock
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tb. nutritional yeast
Directions:
1. Blend oil, garlic, shoyu, mustard, and stock.
2. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add lemon and yeast. Mix well.
4. Chill before serving.
5. Keeps several weeks in the refrigerator.
