My favorite variation on broccoli slaw. Quick, light, and yummy.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package broccoli coleslaw mix
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
2. Chill until served.
