Another weight watchers revision. Delicious on veggie burgers in a pita. Just like a low-cal/ fat gyro
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1/2 cucumber, chopped
Directions:
1. drain yogurt of all liquid.
2. add remainder of ingredients.
3. chill and enoy.
4. be careful, the longer you keep it, the stronger the garlic taste gets.
5. because you are using nonfat yogurt, you will need to mix it every time you serve it.
