Easy Breakfast Burrito

This comes from the WSU Extension office. Try whole wheat tortillas and some sliced tomatoes. Add slices of avocado or for a burrito high in vitamin C, and A, make it with bell peppers and spinach.
Ingredients:
4 cups of warm fried rice
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
1. Place 1 cup of rice in each tortilla.
2. Add 1/4 of the cheese to each one.
3. Roll and eat.
4. Note: Leftover rice can be used. Veggies can be raw or sauteed depending on what you choose. Tortillas can be warmed if desired.
