Easy Bisquick Coffee Cake |

Very easy and perfect warm with a little pat of butter! :) Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
2/3 cup milk |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 egg |
1/3 cup bisquick |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons firm butter |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Grease round pan.
3. Prepare streusel topping (1/3 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon and butter) and set aside.
4. Mix well Bisquick, milk, sugar and egg.
5. Spread in pan and sprinkle with streusel topping.
6. Bake 18-20 minutes.
