Easy Barbecue Cups

Tried the recipe from a package of refrigerated rolls and the family loves them. They are fast and tasty.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet onions
2 tablespoons finely chopped green peppers
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon minced garlic
10 ounces refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup grated cheese
Directions:
1. In large skillet over medium hear, brown ground bee, onion and green pepper; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, brown sugar, mustard, garlic and salt. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring often.
2. Heat overn to 375°F Blace biscuits into ungreased muffin cups. Press and mold each biscuit in center to cover bottom and sides of muffin cup. Place 1/4 cup barbecue mixture into each cup. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375°F for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes, remove from muffin cups.
