Easy Banana Sheet Cake

A great way to use up extra ripe bananas. Just mix them into a cake that's great. You can use a frosting or it's great without a frosting.
Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) pkge. yellow cake mix
1 cup mashed very ripe banana
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon almond extract or 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
1/2 cup chopped chocolate-covered english toffee bars or 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat cake mix, bananas, water, oil, eggs and almond extract with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
2. Stir in chopped toffee bars or chopped nuts and pour into a greased and floured 13 X 9 inch baking pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool.
4. If frosting is desired, a chocolate or caramel frosting works well. If no frosting is desired, top servings with caramel topping and sliced bananas.
