1 cup light mayonnaise
1 cup mashed banana
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Pre heat the oven to 350 deg.F.
2. Mix the mayonnaise and mashed bananas in a bowl. Sieve the dry ingredients and add to the wet mixture. Mix with hand until smooth.
