Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

I was playing around with egg replacers, and this recipe just sort of wrote itself.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup soymilk
1 cup applesauce (sweetened)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Add margarine and mix in the remaining ingredients.
4. Grease muffin tin and fill each cup 2/3.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
