Easy and Delicious Pumpkin Cake

A favorite fall treat that graces our Holiday tables. A favorite of my husband but then all my deserts are! Frequently requested by my coworkers and KYX retreaters. Has much the taste of pumpkin pie but can serve so many more people. A very moist cake.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 (16 ounce) can vanilla frosting
0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Directions:
1. Combine the pumpkin, eggs, sugar and oil in a large bowl and mix well. Add the pumpkin pie spice and cake mix, beat for 2 minutes.Pour into a greased 13 X 9 pan. Cook at 350 for 35-45 minutes, or untill a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Soften the cream cheese and mix with the vanilla frosting. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator.
