Easy Amazing Chicken Fried Rice

a super fast easy way to make fried rice that your whole family will love!!! I grew up on this stuff and have changed it a little from the way my momma used to make it so even she likes it better than hers :)
Ingredients:
1 lb frozen chicken nuggets (i use foster farms)
coconut oil or grapeseed oil, nuggets (for frying)
2 bunches green onions
5 eggs
5 cups white rice (i use minute rice)
soy sauce (to taste)
pine nuts (optional)
bamboo shoot (optional)
water chestnut (optional)
Directions:
1. in an electric fry pan put enough oil to thinly layer bottom. use entire contents of bag of nuggets and start cooking while u prep the rest. u want them to be golden brown on both sides. while nuggets are cooking cut green onions into two groups - the whites and the tops.cut both into desired width for consumption. i like approximately 1/4 in thick. theyre going to be used at diffeent times in this recipe. also crack eggs into bowl and beat for later. take nuggets out of fry pan and cut into chunks. place back in fry pan and add white onions on low heat.about 275. stir in beaten eggs and stir thoroughly to cover nuggets and cook completely. in a lg pot make minute rice and add to fry pan. mix ingredients thoroughly. add green onions and soy sauce to taste. also at this time you can add your optional ingredients as well. its one of my kids absolute faves and they beg for it all the time. hope u love it as well!
