Easter Eggs/ Christmas Eggs.

My Mother got tired of rotted eggs on Easter. We liked coloring them but they never seemed to get eaten. So she put her thinking cap on and came up with the best idea ever.
Ingredients:
1 dozen hard-boiled egg
mayonnaise
mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions:
1. Peel eggs and cut in half long ways.
2. remove yolks and put in a seperate bowl.
3. Let KIDS COLOR EGG WHITES :-).
4. While kids are coloring you can prepare the yolks with mayo, mustard,and.
5. vinegar you just have to use enough to make the yolks moist and to taste.
6. everyones taste is different ( I prefer LOTS of mustard and More vinegar than most.) When kids are done coloring fill hole in egg with yolk mixture and set on a pretty platter to serve.
