My kids adore this. (Who am I kidding? I love it just as much.) I only specified measurements because I could not submit the recipe otherwise. We always just eyeball it. Blueberries are our favorite.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1/2 cup soymilk
Directions:
1. Fill a glass about halfway with frozen fruit.
2. Barely cover with soy milk.
3. Blend with a hand blender.
