This is a recipe that taste delicious, and is so simple to make. When you mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, place cream cheese in microwave and warm to soften, then add sugar, mix, and drizzle over cake mix. Ingredients:
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1 cup coconut |
1 (18 ounce) package german chocolate cake mix |
3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix) |
1/3 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix) |
1 1/3 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix) |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 lb confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Grease 9x13 oblong pan with shortening.
2. Mix and spread pecans and coconut evenly on bottom of pan.
3. Mix cake according to package directions.
4. Pour mix over pecans and coconut.
5. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese together.
6. Spread over cake mix.
7. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
