Healthy low cal high fiber soup
Ingredients:
2 quarts water
1 cup rutabagas
3 cups corn
16 oz tomatoes
16 oz black beans
1 cup potatoes (diced)
1 cup cabbage
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
8 oz turkey sausage (diced)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in water
2. Bring to a boil then lower the heat and simmer for two hours.
