Ingredients:
14 7/10 oz salmon (canned)
1/4 cup eggbeaters
1/2 cup yogurt (plain low fat)
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup bread crumbs (italian)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix all ingredients and chill in Fridge for 2 hrs
3. Remove from fridge and form 5 patties
4. Coat patties with crushed corn flakes
5. Put 2 tbls oil in cast iron frying pan
6. Arrange the patties in frying pan
7. Place in oven and bake for 30 min
8. Put a spoonful of salsa or low cal tarter sauce on each pattie and serve
