E-Z Fantastic Peach Cobler |

Fast and E-Z. My mother gave the recipe to me a long time ago. you may subtitute any fresh canned fruit, including mixed fruit! Great for the Hollidays or anytime. Ingredients:
1/4 lb butter, melted |
1 (28 ounce) can peaches (juice and all) |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup milk |
1 cup flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a 9 x 13 pan, melt butter.
2. add 1 can peaches, juice and all.
3. in a med bowl mix remaining ingredients,
4. pour contents evenly over peaches.
5. bake 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown on top.
6. Serve hot or cold, Hmmm Fantastic!
