A traditional Dutch recipe, using butter instead of mayonnaise as in most other versions.
Ingredients:
4 hard-boiled eggs
50 g butter
1 teaspoon mustard
pepper
salt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Melt butter. Peel eggs and cut them lengthwise in halves. Remove yolks, rub into butter. Mix with other ingredients. Stuff halved egg whites with mixture.
