Dutch/German Pancakes

Panacookin'!!! Can add .5 cup blueberries or .5 cup chopped apple.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Melt butter in oven. (Careful not to burn).
3. While butter is melting, combine remaining ingredients in medium sized bowl. Beat with rotary beater just until smooth.
4. When butter is melted, take out and tilt to cover bottom of pan with melted butter.
5. Pour combined ingredients into hot skillet.
6. Bake at 425 degree preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
