Dutch Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1/4 cup. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup. margarine
  • 1/4 cup. brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup. flour
  • 1/2 cup. chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix together 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in evaporated milk, add apple pie filling.
  4. Stir gently.
  5. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  6. Cream margarine and brown sugar.
  7. Add flour and nuts.
  8. Sprinkle over apples.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top begins to brown.
