Dupont Spinach & Feta Pasta

Low calorie pasta dish. Add chicken or shrimp, if desired
Ingredients:
8 oz. whole wheat pasta
5 tomatoes, roma, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cups fresh spinach
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 teaspoons feta cheese
Directions:
1. Boil pasta. Drain and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in oil for 2 minutes. Over a low heat, add all other ingredients except cheese. Stir and let spinach wilt. Turn off heat. Add Pasta into sauce mixture. Serve with feta sprinkled on top.
