This one is super moist because it not only has mayo in the batter but it's also got a brownie mix added to the cake mix. YUMMIE, Enjoy Ingredients:
1 duncan hines deep chocolate cake mix |
1 duncan hines family size brownie mix |
4 eggs |
1/2 c. oil |
1 c. mayonnaise |
frosting |
1 sm. tub of cool whip |
1 pkg. jello instant vanilla pudding |
1 c. milk |
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. CAKE:
2. Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix on high for 4 minutes. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake approx. 35-40 or till toothpick comes out clean.
3. FROSTING:
4. Combine pudding, milk and confectioners' sugar. Beat approximately 3 minutes until pudding thickens. Fold in Cool Whip.
