My family's favorite dumpling recipe. Always a hit. I usually end up tripling or quadrupaling the recipe!
Ingredients:
2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
Directions:
1. Combine the flour and baking powder.
2. In seperate bowl (or measuring cup) combine the milk and oil.
3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
4. Drop from tsp into broth.
5. Cover, simmer 10 minutes.
