1. Sift all dry ingredients. 2. add:. 3. milk. 4. chives. 5. mix until flour forms a dough ball. 6. spoon drop into boiling salted water. 7. cook 12 minutes. 8. do not remove lid. 9. when done immediately. 10. remove from water. 11. brown butter in a seperate pan. 12. drizzle dumplings with browned butter. 13. serve immediately.
