This yummy spice rub is perfect for pork ribs or chicken. For pork ribs liberally season and let sit overnight in fridge then cook at 275 for 3 hours. Include a pan of apple juice in along with them to keep moist.
Ingredients:
8 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon thyme
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together and use to season your favorite meat.
