Drizzled Chocolate Country Tarts

A chocolate favorite - a little mini tart - great for those of use that love chocolate ahd strawberries!!
Ingredients:
18 mini tart shells
2 cups frozen whole strawberries
2 cups whipping cream
3 teaspoons icing sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
chocolate sauce, to drizzle
Directions:
1. Pepare mini tart shells as per package directins. Remove from oven, set aside and cool.
2. Thaw frozen whole strawberries and slice in half.
3. In a medium bowl, with electric mixer, beat whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Divide the whipped cream mixture into the cooked, cooled mini tart shells. Top each tart with strawberries. Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
4. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
