This came from The Cooking Sucks Cookbook. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple juice
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 banana, sliced
1 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup applesauce
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon honey
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve cold.
