Ingredients:
1 cup whole almonds
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup sultanas or golden raisins
1 cup dark raisins, seeded
1/3 cup dried apples
1/3 cup dried prunes, pitted
1/3 cup dried pears
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons sweet sherry
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons flour
250 g milk chocolate (eight oz)
Directions:
1. Mix the dry ingredients, then add the beaten eggs and sherry. Grease and foil a swiss roll tin. Spread mix into tin, then cook for 20 minutes ONLY at 180 deg. celsius. When cool, spread with melted chocolate. Cut into 25 pieces when cold.
