Dried Fruit Compote

Ingredients:
75 g dried apricots
85 g pitted prunes
75 g dried peaches
75 g dried pears
45 g dried apples, slices
6 dried figs
6 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
4 pieces orange rind
4 earl grey tea bags
55 g caster sugar
3 cups boiling water
Directions:
1. Combine dried fruit in bowl with cloves, cinnamon sticks and rind.
2. Place tea bags and sugar in a jug.
3. Cover with boiling water, stir till sugar is dissolved.
4. Stand for 5 minutes.
5. Discard tea bags, pour over fruit.
6. Chill, covered overnight.
7. Serve with yoghurt.
