Dried Fruit And Nut Crostada

Dried dates,cranberries and figs become an almost effortless filling for this elegant tart. Perfect over the holidays!
Ingredients:
1 lg. egg
21/2tbs packed golden brown sugar
21/2tbs butter,melted,divided
2tbs. honey
13/4tsp finely grated orange peel,divided
1/2c shelled unsalted natural pistachios(about 2oz) divided
3/4c(packed) pitted dates(about41/2oz),halved lengthwise
1/2c dried cranberries(about 2oz)
1/2c packed,halved stemmed dried black mission figs(about 31/2oz)
1 refrigerated pie crust
1c plain whole milk yogurt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk egg.2Tbs.brown sugar ,2Tbs melted butter,honey and 1tsp orange peel in medium bowl.
2. Set aside 1Tbs. nuts for garnish. Add remaining nuts and all dried fruit to bowl with egg mixture;toss filling to coat
3. Unroll crust onto prepared sheet. Spoon filling into center of crust;spread out in even layer,leaving 11/2-2 border. Fold crust edges over filling,pleating occasionally. Brush crust with remaining 1/2Tba melted butter. Finely chop reserved 1Tbs nuts. Mix chopped nuts ans remaining 1/2Tbs brown sugar in small bowl,sprinkle over crust.
4. Bake crostada until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling in the center,about 40 mins.
5. Stir yogurt and remaining 3/4tsp orange peel in small bowl. Serve crostada warm or at room temperature with oranfe flavored yogurt.
