Drew's Incredible Stuffing

This has been a crowd pleaser every Thanksgiving for years in our family. It has surpassed the turkey as the signature dish at our table. I promise it will be the talk of the table. Recipe can easily be doubled.
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 lbs sausage
2 boxes of cubed prepared stuffing
8 stalks celery, chopped
1 large sweet onion, diced
2 (8 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (8 ounce) cans chicken broth
12 ounces sliced mushrooms
3 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup butter
salt
pepper
1 count aluminum foil, pan
Directions:
1. brown ground beef and drain, set aside.
2. brown sausage and drain, set aside.
3. lightly saute mushrooms, celery and onion with entire stick of butter.
4. place all of the cubed stuffing in the tin foil pan.
5. add to the pan the entire mushroom, celery, onion and butter mixture.
6. add to the pan the ground beef and sausage.
7. add to the pan rice and soups.
8. mix all together until mixture is consistent.
9. add salt and pepper to taste.
10. bake in the oven at 350 until warm throughout.
11. serve immediately.
