This dressing goes well with a salad of tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers, onion, and day old bread
Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon fresh basil, shredded
3 cloves garlic, crushed
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Whisk together.
2. You may let it sit overnight to let flavors develope, or serve w/ a salad.
