Dreamy Shrimp Salad

This is a very light and refreshing salad to eat as a main course especially on hot summer days. Enjoy
Ingredients:
6 ounces shrimp cooked
16 ounces green beans
1 garlic
1 tablespoon salad oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2/3 cup rice cooked
1 cup celery sliced
1/2 cup onions sweet, sliced
2 cups lettuce shredded
soy sauce
Directions:
1. Rinse shrimp and cook.
2. Chill can of green beans then drain and save liquid.
3. Thinly slice the garlic clove and crush in large bowl.
4. Add oil, mustard, sugar, vinegar, shrimp and beans then refrigerate.
5. Heat bean liquid then add bouillon cubes and stir until dissolved.
6. Add enough water to make 2 cups then add rice.
7. Bring to a boil and cook rapidly uncovered about 8 minutes.
8. Reduce heat to lowest point then cover and steam 14 minutes.
9. Spread rice in a shallow pan to cool then refrigerate until serving time.
10. Add rice to shrimp and bean mixture then toss together with celery, onion and lettuce.
11. Serve with soy sauce.
