Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli flowerettes
1 cup cauliflowerettes
3/4 cup chopped parsley
2 sprigs fresh majoram or 1.5 tsp dried
1 medium shallot, finely chopped
1 8-oz pkg clover sprotus
6 radishes chopped
2 tbsp basic sunnny seed mix
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 grinds fresh black pepper
3 spritz bragg's liquid aminos (about 1/2 tsp)
Directions:
1. Chop broccoli and cauliflower until coarsely chopped.
2. Combine with parsley, majoram, shallot, sprouts, radishes, and seed mix in a large serving bowl.
3. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with pepper, and spritz with Bragg's. Toss and serve.
