From the Morning News a newspaper offered in my area. The recipe comes from Dr. Fishbone a new restaurant opened in Florence, SC.
Ingredients:
1 tortilla, spinach
10 ounces flounder, grilled (or fried)
2 ounces salsa
2 ounces lettuce, shredded
4 ounces sour cream
2 ounces cheese
2 ounces tomatoes, chopped
cilantro, to taste
Directions:
1. Fry or grill your flounder. Place it in wrap, then pile on the fixings. Grab some sweet potatoes fries or homemade onion rigs for a tasty side dish. Dr. Fishbone staff.
