Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup cold butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
6 to 8 tablespoons cold water
Directions:
1. Combine flour and salt; cut in shortening and butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle water evenly over mixture; stir gently with a fork until mixture forms a ball. Chill 30 minutes.
