Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup corn kernel (cooked or canned)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Pour all ingredients into big bowl, and mix thoroughly.
3. Grease a 41/2-inch by 81/2 inch loaf pan.
4. Pour mixture into pan.
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden-brown.
