Double Coated Chicken with Kellogg's Corn Flakes

Main Course Oven Fried Chicken Recipe states 7 oz. chicken but calculated calories is actually for 12 ounces (2 at 6 ounces each) Calories if you substitute 2 thighs (4 1/2 ounces) for 1 boneless skinless breast (6 ounces) = 765 instead of 711.
Ingredients:
2 cups corn flakes
1 egg
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
7 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 tablespoons salted butter
1/2 cup long grain rice
Directions:
1. Crush Kellogg's Corn Flakes cereal and place in shallow dish or pan. Set aside.
2. In medium mixing bowl, beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
3. Dip chicken in batter. Coat with cereal. Place in single layer, in shallow pan coated with cooking spray or foil lined. Drizzle with butter.
4. Bake at 350 degree F about 1 hour or until chicken is tender, no longer pink and juices run clear.
5. Do no cover pan or turn chicken while baking. Serve hot.
6. Prepare rice as a side dish.
