Ingredients:
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons no-sugar-added hot chocolate mix (1 packet)
1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder (1 scoop)
4 ice cubes (or 1/2 - 1 cup crushed ice)
Directions:
1. Mix in blender.
2. Enjoy.
