Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line 13 x 9 pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Use enough foil to hang 2 inches over all sides.
  3. Melt semi sweet chocolate and stir in chopped ginger.
  4. Spread evenly in pan.
  5. Let stand for 1 hour.
  6. Melt white chocolate.
  7. Let sit for 20 minutes and spread over semi sweet chocolate layer.
  8. Sprinkle with pistachios and cranberries.
  9. Press fruit and nuts gently into white chocolate.
  10. Cover loosely.
  11. Let sit for at least 8 hours.
  12. Remove from pan using foil.
  13. Remove foil.
  14. Break into pieces.
