I got this recipe out of a Woman's World magazine, 2005. This is a delicious recipe for egg salad!
Ingredients:
8 hard-boiled eggs, shelled, chopped
7 large pimento stuffed olives, minced, 1/3 cup
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
6 slices rye bread
Directions:
1. Combine eggs and olives.
2. Stir in mayonnaise.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve on rye bread.
