Dot's Cold Broccoli Salad

This salad is absolutely delish and so simple! You can blanch the broccoli or leave it raw. I used red onion instead of scallions and baco's instead of bacon. You simply cannot go wrong with this one.
Ingredients:
2 heads broccoli, chopped into small pieces
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sliced scallion
1/4-1/2 cup bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Mix well, toss again before serving.
