This is a nice smoothie I had on my honeymoon in Bali. I don't know about its dosha-balancing qualities :) but it's very tasty.
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1/4 cup almonds
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Pulse almonds in blender until thoroughly ground. If necessary, use a spatula or a spoon to scrape the sides of the blender.
2. Add yogurt and blend.
3. Add bananas and blend.
4. Add honey and blend.
5. Pour over ice if desired and serve.
