Doreen's Chicken Nacho Pie

This is a lower calorie version of my steak nacho pie.
Ingredients:
15 tortilla chips
4 oz. refried beans
6 oz. pepper jack cheese, shredded
6 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz. chicken breast, sliced in thin strips
2 jalapeno peppers, slice in rings
1/3 roma tomato, chop small
1/8 small red onion, chopped thin
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Lay down tortilla chips in round baking dish
3. Spoon out small glops of refried beans
4. Sprinkle 1/2 pepper jack on top of beans
5. Lay down sliced chicken, covering chips completely
6. Sprinkle remaining pepper jack on top of chicken
7. Sprinkle 2/3 of cilantro and all of the onions
8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese
9. Garnish with tomatoes, remaining cilantro and jalapeno rings
10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
11. Let cool for 5 minutes.
12. Cut with large pizza cutter 4 pieces.
