This fruity marinade is the ideal way to liven up baby back ribs for a delicious barbecue-style meal.
Ingredients:
16 pork baby back ribs
3/8 cup tomato ketchup
3/8 cup brown sauce
1 lime, juice of
1 dash tabasco sauce, to taste
5 tablespoons cola
1 dash worcestershire sauce
1 dash celery salt
Directions:
1. Place all of the marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.
2. Place the pork ribs in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade, turning to coat. Leave in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
3. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
4. Transfer the ribs to an ovenproof dish, spoon over the marinade and bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until a deep reddish brown. Serve.
